- This form must be completed by property owner/ proxy and sent to edm solutions in order for meter to operate.
- Our meter operate as a sub meter and does not replace Eskom/ Municipal meters.

- Owner's ID
- Proof of address
- Proof of banking details
- Copy of the council bill
