    Step One

    • Contact your current service provider.

    Step Three

Punch in your first key change number (from step one) into your meter and then punch in your second key change number (from EDM Solutions) into the meter.

Congratulations, you have now successfully switched to EDM Solutions!

Remember, the switching process needs to all happen on the same day to ensure your meter works efficiently.

  • Can I register a meter on behalf of a client?

We prefer that clients register their own meters since we require proof of identification, bank account details, proof of ownership and a council bill (to set the tariff correctly). If a client is happy to provide you with all of those details, then you can install the meter on their behalf. As a security precaution we reserve the right to call them to verify that the information is correct.
