EDM INSTALLATION CLUB CONTRACTOR TERMS 

It is important that you read these terms carefully to ensure that you understand 

• the rules that apply, 
• the benefits you could qualify for, and
• what communication you could expect from us. 

If you do not comply with these rules, your CIC membership may be terminated.

The EDM Installation Club (EIC)

The EIC is operated by EDM Complete Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a EDM Solutions (hereafter referred to as “we/us”). It is a loyalty programme that rewards wholesalers and contractors for registering meters on the EDM Solutions vending system.

If you are a registered EIC contractor, you will receive one point for each EDM Solutions meter purchased, installed and registered. For every 10 points earned, you will receive a R500 promotional cash to spend at your preferred wholesaler.

You can register by downloading & completing the EIC application form from our website or fill up the online application form

Joining EIC

Who may join

• To participate, you must be 18 years or older.
• You may only register as a member of the EIC once.

Sharing personal information with us

When you join EIC, you will share some personal information with us, including: 

• Company name 
• Company contact details and address
• EIC contact person details , and banking details

We need this information for EIC membership administration, to allocate points, and to send you promotional money. Please make sure that your details are always up to date.

We may also use your information to send you relevant promotional and marketing material, but we will always give you the option to unsubscribe.

Earning points

• To start earning points, you must first register as a EIC member.
• When you install and register the first EDM Prepaid meter on our vending system you will earn 5 points. 
• You will earn 1 point for each you installed meter and registered on our vending system. 

General rules of the EIC

• Your membership or points may not be transferred to someone else.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel your EIC membership if we consider you to have acted contrary to these terms.
• If we suspect or confirm that you provided any incorrect or fraudulent information to us or any wholesaler, your EIC membership will be terminated immediately. 
• We may discontinue the EIC programme at any stage without reason.
• Being a member of the EIC does not create an employment relationship between us. You must not represent to anyone that you are an employee of EDM Solutions or in any way affiliated with us other than being a member of the EIC.
• We will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages for whatever reason.
• We may need to change these terms from time to time. We will let you know by email of any changes that could affect you.
